Maiden name DU TOIT. She died after her husband as his probate documents show that she was a surviving spouse. Error on gravestone. Here is her civil death notice showing date of death 30 April 1959 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:DTGZ-2RT2 Per Bartholomeus probate documents they had a son Ebenhaezer. According to West Bank Cemetery records, Ebenhaezer's remains were not buried here. This is likely to be a memoriam inscription. Their son Jacobus Petrus Du Toit van der VYVER was married to Helena Catharina who is also buried with them.
