               Second son of canon Mullins, Barrister, Inner Temple. Holder     
               of the Victoria Cross, CMG. Major in the Imperial Light          
               Horse. President of the Special Courts of Swaziland and          
               Bechuanaland. Anglo-Boer War Veteran. Died from wounds           
               received at Maritsani, East Africa in 1900.
