1. Known as the Lady In White who sang to troops at Durban harbour. Sister of Karl Otto Siedle who is commemorated at the Kingsmead Cricket grounds at the Clock Tower.

3: Present position: Port Natal Museum, Durban Harbour.

2. The SS Mendi Memorial plaque is in the car park next to the Port Natal Museum.
